As of February 24, 2026, HEEHRA rebates for single family home retrofits in the Northern California region are fully reserved. Single family HEEHRA rebates are now fully reserved statewide, and no new income verification requests are being accepted at this time. All submitted reservation requests for projects in the Northern California region that were not approved have been put on a waitlist in case additional funding becomes available. Reservations submitted after February 24, 2026, will also be put on the waitlist.
