Starting March 1, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Clean Energy Access Grant (CEA) will be accepting applications to provide underrepresented communities and individuals with access to three clean energy programs:

• Microgrid Incentive Program (MIP)
• Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP)
• Technology and Equipment for Clean Heating (TECH Clean California) Initiative
